Is this related to 360 Audio reality? Or just the built in app feature?
In the meantime you might wanna uninstall and reinstall the app, clear the cache and data for it, and maybe force stop it once.

Hai, sorry for the late reply bit piled up with exams week
i just tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesnt work.
And few days back i just got the earbuds wf xm4, and the same issue is happening when i tried to analyse my ears for 360 audio reality
its very frustrating but i guess i will just forget about it for now.
im using them on my iPhone 12 Pro Max btw
This phone should be compatible with the headphones. So yea it might be an update issue at this point.
I would recommend either waiting for the next app update, or contact Sony and they might check this further.
