I have the weirdest problem with my SEN. During the day the SEN is 'not available', then bizarrely around 9pm it starts to work and display all the apps.
I have saved Netflix and YouTube to my favourites so I can access them from my home button under applications. When I click on Netflix it comes up with the message 'please check your network connection'. Which is strange because YouTube works as normal.
As it stands I can only watch Netflix late in the evening, which is fairly useless. This has been the case for the last 3-4 weeks.
I have factory reset, upgraded the software, PKG4.600.EUA and restarted my router and TV more times than I can remember. My TV does not have a Netflix button on the remote.
I cannot fathom this bizarre problem, can anyone help?
