Recently bought Sony AF8 TV, and was told I could get a free download in 4K of Blue Planet 2, but when entering Sony promo, it will not find the item. Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong.

Have managed to download the two free 4K films without a problem, but they will not play in full screen, and I am not able to alter screen size, does anybody know why.
