can i get the relevant info to get my CD to work in my car? it says "Code in" on the display..i dont have any codes??

I think there were only a handful of Sony radios that had code protection. Often there would be a credit card sized card in the box that would tell you what the code was. If you don't have that, then you could always try four zeroes as sometimes this is the default setting depending on what the unit is. Failing that I'm afraid you might have to find a specialist car radio dealer with a service centre that offers a decoding service.
