I'm not sure about this, but I think it might be related to the settings on the phone. I'd recommend trying to connect another phone and check the results, also try to contact the manufacturer of the phone to see if there is a certain option in the settings that needs to be changed.

I already tried to check any possible phone setting, I'll try to contact the LG support but I don't think they will help me anyway...

I'd say that trying to connect a different phone of a different brand would help you in this situation a lot, as this will direct the search either in the media receiver's settings or the phone's settings.
