Unable to download the driver or register the sony xav-ax8050d on this website. Is the page broken? Is there a method to do this that works? I have tried on multiple computers and it doesn't work. Any advice?

I've tried Chrome and Firefox using the support page and it worked normally for me.

Try using an incognito/private tab, and if that fails, clear the browser data/cache.
