Hi everyone... I bought a NWZ-S765 and straight away tried to create playlists in order to use it in my car. I used Windows media player initially (I have Win7 ultimate x64 in my PC) with no succes. I tried Media Go and still nothing shows in my walkman's playlist section. I used Contents Transfer and still nothing. In every case it appears that the songs go into the walkman, but when I open the playlists I get the following message:
"No playlists available. Please connect to compliant software or device and transfer playlists".
The songs I upload to the walkman do appear in All songs section but not in the Playlist section.
Could there be that the PC sees the walkman in some sort of a different way or am I doing something wrong?

My friend,
First of all I want to thank you for your reply!
I have found the solution to the problem and that is my player required a driver to be seen by my system. I installed the MTP driver and everything works like a charm. By the way, I am creating my playlists through itunes and upon completion of each one of them I drag and drop it into Sony Contents Transfer program. I find it to be way easier than Windows media player....
Take care!

Where is the solution, each time I click on Go to Solution, I get the royal runaround. It says View Solution in Original Post, whatever that means, then nothing happens when I click on that. What is the darn solution to playlist not transferring to my MP3 from WMP, when the the individual tunes do?
The solution is in the comment right before yours @disevas
