[Sony WH-1000XM3] Hands-free

I bought a WH-1000M3 headset to replace my old Plantronics at work. The sound is fantastic, but why is it not possible to us it as hands-free for 2 devices? I wanted to use it for both my cellphone and my computer when I'm at work. I can connect it to both and play music from both, but it can only be hands-free for one of the devices and you have to change the connection settings on both devices to shift. Plantronics has supported this for years.... If possible this should be fixed in the firmware.

Hello @NOHall,

the WH-1000Xm3 doesn't have multipoint as a feature (like the Plantronics-device you are referring to).

Only the successor the WH-1000Xm4 has this feature.

It can also not be patched via software on the Xm3, since it requires hardware to allow that functionality.
