Have been trying for 2/3 days to register my new Walkman but form wont let me progress beyond model series - is something wrong at Sony ?
Usually that's due to some error in the model which is common since the retailers usually add/remove or otherwise modify the models in some way to fit in their systems (e.g. removing a dash "-").
Try pasting the model number here so we can help clear it up ^^

Same problem for me, trying to register a new TV.
Product code is accepted, gives a green tick, but unable to activate either of the "Did you buy online" radio buttons.
Have tried over the last few days on iPhone and on PC - Chrome and MS Edge internet browser. No joy with any of them.
Just filling in the website survey - not good scores for this experience.
