nwz s638f keeps switching on and off continuously

Hi

Anyone else experienced this?  Running firmware 1.11 on my nwz s638f.  Just recently it just keeps switching itself on and off continuously.

Wondering if there is a fix.

davidmatthewson sorry, but I don't have a fix, but just to say I have the same problem with a NWZ-E445 so I hope someone makes a suggestion. Mine boots to a certain point but then reboots itself. Regrettably it never gets to be recognised by the PC as a drive.

Have you tried resetting your NWZ S638F.?

If so and this doesn't resolve the problem then you'll need to contact sony support to arrange a repair - Contact Sony Support..

Thanks for your advice.

I have tried resetting numerous times.  Also tried reinstalling firmware, removing all music etc.  Nothing has worked yet.
