Wont restore !!

Hello, I have a vaio VGNFS515E, and have never had a problem restoring it back! until last week, for some reason it will not restore back for me!! would this have anything to do with the Antivirus or not!! any help please thanks.

Are you using Norton? This has some anti-tamper features that need switching off.

Hi no AVG!! did pick up Trojan horse virus from Limewire I think!! and since then will not restore back for me!!

hi there, No message just normal screen saying cant restore to this date!! and no I am not sure if virus has affected restore points,!! how would I find out that!! Thanks
