Click Start > All Programs and scroll down to Vaio Recovery Center. On the main window that opens click Create Recovery Disks and follow the instructions...

On my german Vaio it is: Start --> Alle Programme --> Vaio-Wiederherstellungscenter (Recovery-Center?) --> Sicherheitskopien erstellen.

I hope, you understand teh german expressions.
