Why is Sony Vaio so very useless?

Hi all.
After ½ a year with "blue screen crasher on a hourly basis, working temp. around 60 degrees and a very random letter choices, all done with 4 rep. attemps and a word from some Sony head chef, that "our finest technicians have repaired your Vaio" and now everything is ok, I have finaly gotten out of the crapworld of Sony! The new one is a Macbook Pro! What else.

Start up time Vaio : aprox. 15 minuttes
Start up time Apple : 40 seconds!!!
Shut down time Vaio : Aprox. 12 minutes
Shut down time Apple : 10 seconds
Working temp. Vaio : aprox 50-60 degrees!
Working temp. Apple : Little or none!
Stability Vaio : Random!
Stability Apple : Rocksolid!

Sony Vaio, you have a looooooooong way to go, before you can call it a laptop!

P.S.
After the 4.th time they mailed me, that they really did'nt know what to do and that all the time they just reintalled the software and hoped that the problems disapeared!
Does this sound like a serious company? Sony behave like first time out rookies, that makes up as they stumble along!
