WHATS WRONG WITH MY SCREEN!?

Hi, i would be grateful if anyone can help. Iused my VAIO VGN-FE31M this morning and it was fine. I came to use it again and the screen had gone all, well rubbish. I have attatched a print screen but im unsure if you will see what im seeing which is strong green and pink colours but i am still seeing my normal colours also such as green and blue start bar.

Any help i'd be extremely grateful.

Thanks

Craig

Hi Craig,

A screenshot isn't working - can you photograph the screen and post the image?

Thanks

Hi thanks so much for your reply, but the problem is now fixed  ... I am not sure of the cause or solution, but when using photoshop i did get an error saying that basically my tablet driver was broke. So as a last resort i thought hey why not maybe that faulty driver is messing with my system. And shortly before uninstalling this driver my screen went back to normal for like one second, and since uninstalling it altogether its fine. So i am unsure if the two issue's are linked. But before this i had tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphics drivers, messing with colour settings, looking into updating my BIOS (which i seriously doubted wasa problem)

But many thanks for your promt reply

Regards

Craig

Hi, can you please ignore the last post please. As i come on my laptop this morning and it was fine but then my battery ran out and it went on hibernate, whilst hibernating when the laptop got to the hibernate screen the problem i described in my first post occured again. This time i took pictures of the problem as you requested. I had a feeling possibly the battery was part of the problem cause recently its life has been poor dropping about 10% in a minute when i have around 30% left so i took the battery out and ran purely off of the AC adaptor but still no joy :slight_frown: can you please help again this time round?

many thanks
