Visible part of screen gets smaller and smaller??

When surfing on the net (explorer)the visible part of my screen gets smaller and smaller.
When visiting a site everytime i click on a new funktion within the site my screen gets smaller as long as it doesen't open n a new window (se submitted photo).
Anyone who has the same problem as i?
What to do?

Hi sulan,

I assume that you have scanned for viruses recently?

In the meantime I suggest that you try Firefox and see whether you have the same problem. BTW in my opinion Firefox is a far superior browser to IE.

Screening for viruses almost on a daily basis.
