Vaio PCG-F801 Wireless Lan Problem

G'Day!

I still got an old Vaio - and I got a problem connecting to the Internet (I'm using my new Vaio here VGN-A215M).
Or more correct - I do get contact and for about 10 to 15 minutes everything is just fine... - but than it just stops! The Software shows no problems - but I can not open the windows xp software showing the status (which I can as long as the first 10 minutes contact the the internet). I have to boot down waite awhile and than everything folws the same pattern...
I checked with my broadband provider - no problems on their side...
some laptop parameters:
windows xp with sp2
188 MB RAM
amd K6 Processor
531 MHz
Netgear USB Sick MA111
Siemens se515 router

as I m only using the winXP software (not netgear) - I would not know what software to update...
