Vaio care

vaio care does not respond when I click on it. can any one help to sort this out? I can't even find out how to re install it, or if this is possible

Without your model number it is difficult to give a precise answer, but click Start > All Programs and have a look in Vaio Recovery Center > Reinstall Programs or Drivers and see whether you can reinstall from there.
