unidentified device & drivers problem

hi there,
can someone help me?
i have vaio vgn-sz56gn notebook. recently i have clean installed windows 7 rc and everything was fine when finished installing and saw two drivers are missing as you can see below screen shot in the attachment. :slight_frown:
i have tried in the web but couln't find proper driver for these. i know vista drivers are working in windows 7. i checked support site but cannot make out which is what drivers.

Hi anatolian and welcome to Club Vaio.

I think the mass storage device will be the Memory Card Reader Writer Driver. Install it from Device manager by selecting the unknown device and choosing 'Update Driver'. Manually point the wizard to the Memory Card Driver.

thanks but i have allready reinstalled vista with recovery dvd and then upgraded to win 7 RC now no problem. but i am curius about why i need to install all very nice designed but useless softwares (for me)in recovery dvd. i mean the softwares sony supply preinstalled.
can i back up all the driver files in vista os and deploy them back after installing win 7?
another question my notebook cooling fans are running too noisy whinning and like humming sound is to high. so how can i reduce this?
