Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place for advice but I hope someone can help me!
I have a Sony Vaio N21E and have just bought a Technika TKVGACM1 webcam from Tesco to use with Windows messenger. It works fine and the mic and earphone both work fine but not with messenger. The person I'm chatting to also has the same webcam and is also on Vista. We cannot hear each other. But the headset works fine on it's own. I've set it up through messenger but still no joy.
Can anyone offer any other tips or advice?
