Technical Problem

Hi Everyone, I'm having a little problem using VAIO FW31M as it suddenly logs off while I'm in the middle of working! does anyone know how to solve this problem? if not do you know how to contact the technical team at VAIO?

I would use the telephone option for a quick resolution of your problem. Have you registered with Vaio-Link? If not you will need your Vaio's Serial Number. Instructions on how to find it are in the link above.

Does it log out of Vista or does it just log out of the Internet connection?

Thank you Blencogo, I've registered already and I've got the serial number.

It actually log out of Vista, so I have to turn the laptop on again to continue! it's a bit weird :s
