SONY VAIO SVE17 35w CPU upgrade to 45w CPU

Hello

I have SVE1713 model with 35w i5 3230M, when I was buying i5 model there also was same model with 35w i7 3632QM CPU.

I want to upgrade to i7 CPU but there is other 35w and 45w i5 CPUs. and it's not easy to find i7 3632QM...

So I wonder if 45w CPUs work good with my laptop which has different 35w CPUs default and not 45w.

What it is depended 45w CPU to work? 

Power adapter?

Laptop PCB mobo?

Socket?
