Sony Vaio Monitor problem- Blank LCD screen after start up

Hi,

how do I fix blank LCD screen on Sony Vaio vgn CR31S with Vista OS? I just realized today morning that my notebook won't display anything after a smooth start up like before. I only see a dark blue screen and as well the movement of the mouse.

Have tried, Safe Mode (can't see anything on screen). Please need help
