Sonicstage Mastering Studio

I have finally got around to connecting my turntable (& pre-amp) up to my Vaio XL-100. I want to start to transfer my vinyl collection onto iTunes. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Sonicstage Mastering Studio software bundled on my XL-100. :smileygrin:

So far seems to be recording fine, on playback all sounds good. The only problem I have is when I begin recording I can't actually hear the record as it is being recorded by SSMS, is there a setting I have missed or can you only listen once recorded?

Funny - I've just got round to thinking about transferring my old audio tapes!

Anyway, I think the answer to your question is in the help. Look under "To enable sound input from the "LINE IN", "MIC", or "OPT IN" connector to be output through the computer's speakers" in troubleshooting....
