Replacing Sony VAIO Hard Drive on a FZ series laptop,

Hello,

I have a FZ18M Vaio laptop.
Over time the HD has been eaten up with Music and Pictures.
I was hoping to replace it with a new hard drive and I was wondering if anyone could advise of a step by step guide can be located for my type of laptop?
Does anyone recommend HD to replace it with?
