hii all
i have a problem with my vaio fw11e that when i shut it down it doesnt shutdown it restart and not shut down and when it restart get a black screen then blue screen say there is a problem with a count till 100% and then open to my windows again and a small window sa problem with shut down check for solution online 
so anyone can help ???
