Wonder if anyone can help.
My daughter was updating her IPOD on the Sony Vaio; however for some reason the system froze and the a message stating " A DISK READ ERROR OCCURRED PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL TO RESTART."
I have done this on a number of occassions and nothing happens. Unfortunatly i have no system restore discs either.
Is there anyone that may be able to help?
