PC Retard needs Asssistance............

Hi, I'm wondering if someone technical out there can help me with something..............I'm excellent at using a PC but rubbish when it gets technical........

Yesterday I purchased a new Sony laptop (NS-Series) - it's beautiful and I'm really pleased with it. However, this morning, whenever I try to use the internet, it keeps crashing and telling me there are Runtime Errors............can anyone explain

(a) why it's happening
(b) what it means and
(c) how I can rectify this

Please can you explain in idiot's language for me? Thanks

Does this happen on some particular sites (like getting your email) or are you unable to connect at all?

Can you remember the exact error message?

Hiya

No, it just randomly happens now and again when I'm on the internet. I've just run a clean-up and that seems to have helped a little - if it happens again I'll take a screen print of the error message - I just know it was a Runtime error thing...............

It's just done it again - I'm going to try and attach the screen print............any help greatly appreciated
