Hello
is it true that the standard manufacturers warranty has been increased from 12 months to 24 months (Directive 1999/44/EC)
No one seems to know because it has been kept quiet by the all manufacturers/market place.
If Sony has known about this since 2003 they are selling illegal extended warranties.
I need some clarification on this matter.
