I bought a new laptop (VGN-SZ1VP/C) in March in UK this year and I just dropped it yesterday.
I had registered for warranty with the free 3 year on-site warranty that was given with my laptop but I have totally no idea how to use that.
And does on-site means I can only use it in the UK? When I registered they said somebody will get in touch with me but nobody ever did. So I do not know what has happened.
I am over in USA now and one side of my keyboard is totally smashed.
THanks for your help! I am really confused about what I should do.

Unfortunately I don't think it will cover you in the US as it states that it 'Covers UK, France, Germany, Italy and Benelux'
I'm not sure if Nexttronics will be able to help you..:smileyconfused:
On site means they will fix it at home or at the office, depending on where you put your residence address
