MY VAIO Audio is nt working

Since I have rebooted my computer my audio device of my vaio is not wrking nor is the fingerprint recognition working My SONY VAIO MODEL IS PCG 9Y2M.please help as soon as possible

Are you still using the original Sony operating systemn or have you changed it?

Can you look for the model type please - you are quoting the chassis number - the nodel number will probably be on the screen surround and will be something like VGN-BX61VN.
