Is there a problem with a Sony Vaio and continual loss of my ITunes Library?
I have re-installed my library on my new Vaio but as soon as I close ITunes down all music/artwork is lost.I can re-import it from my IPod or ITunes music folder but the same thing happens all the time
The ITunes music folder is not affected and remains in place
Apple cannot diagnose any problem at theis end and everything works fine on my Dell laptop
