I have had my Sony Vaio Laptop for around six months and it is only since last friday I have been having major problems.
My system suddenly began to freeze and then grey out. I tried restarting my computer again via Ctrl-Alt-Del, but this failed to work so I had hold down the standby button, it began to load up but again froze, so I followed the handbooks instruction re system recovery and reinstallation, however midway through the process the system froze again, I left it for a while but it just crashed, I tried rebooting from scratch but now an "Installation Failure" box appears and if you hit ok, the red X in the top corner or esc the computer restarts itself and returns to the same message.
If anyone know how to fix this or knows what the problem is please please please let me know.
