Can't update user guide to the latest version

I just purchased a VAIO SVT1311M1ES and I can only get to the user guide introduction which say it will automatically update if I close the window and open VAIO manual again but when I do I only get the same introduction window again. Can someone please tell me how to get the full version? Thanks!
