Buzz on Audio when using UK AC Adapter

Can anyone explain the buzz I get on audio when using the Ac adapter/charger? Is it the lack of grounding to the VGN-S5M/S from the power supply?

Is the cable under the laptop or is it going straight out from the back and not touching the notebook?

It is not touching the computer

Is it like ground interferance?
