Anyone help me get rid of video buffering for TV streams (Skyplayer)?

Hi - welcome to Club Vaio.

If you are getting Video buffering which interrupts video streaming then either your internet connection is too slow or you have the quality settings for replay too high.

Can you explain what happens in more detail?

thanks...when I play liver cricket for example through SKYPLAYER, or any vides streaming for that matter. Its play for a few seconds then the little wheel in the the centre spins and states 'buffering' then after a few seconds the video resumes. This in repeated contiuosly.

What speed is your internet connection? There is not sufficient bandwidth to support the streamed video.
