Autotune Vaio TV channels

Can someone out there tell me how to retune my vaio desktop TV channels, I did it once about 4 years ago, now it's gone out of my memory banks. Maybe I'm too old for this technology stuff.

Hi Our bamps and welcome.

If it's 4 years ago I guess you are using XP and Vaio Zone?

Start -> All Programs -> Vaio Zone -> Vaio Zone Settings -> TV (Channel Settings) -> Refresh Channel List

If you are using XP MCE come back and we'll try again.
