Adding RAM to my VGN-TX1HP

Hi guys,
I'd like to add 1gb of RAM to my Vaio, but I'm a little confused about which type or RAM module should I look for ...
Will it be a 400mhz or 533mhz ? i.e. a PC2-3200 or PC2-4200 ?

You have one available slot and you can increase to the maximum of 1GB giving a maximum altogether of 1536MB

You need 667MHz PC2-5300. Most of us use Crucial.com for our memory: -
