3 days ago my problem started :
After around 2 minutes of being on and looking good, suddenly screen goes grainy and black areas go purpleish and "shift" around, White is also less pure white and even pinkish in some places. This is also in the main menu!
I fiddled with settings and switched to a different hdmi port and suddenly it went good again and stayed good for hours till i switched it off.
Next day , same issue, fiddled around settings, switched Light Sensor off and it went fine again and stayed good till i switched it off.
Today, same issue, except now it won't randomly fix itself..
Things I've tried to fix it :
-Software update
- Factory reset from menu
- Hard reset (up + power button on telly)
- Take out power cable for a minute
- Changed all settings I could find on/off in the menu's " Eco,Picture,Screen"
- Switched my pc to different hdmi port (even though the problem also shows in main menu)
- Cleaned the TV front and back.
Still no luck...
Any suggestions ? I'm still under warranty so I can send it in. I can't figure out whether it's a hardware or software problem.
