Hi all
I have a KD 43XE7002 ultra HD tv and over this weekend the streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, YouTube etc) all have poor connectivity (generally a show will freeze after 20 seconds) as well as not playing any sound. Sky is working fine so not a general sound issue. Wi-Fi is good and is showing perfect connection to tv.
I understand that the latest software upgrade has been rolled out this month, and reading around it sounds as though these things occur when sony roll out an upgrade - anyone else having issues/assist in fixing?

I would suggest a reset of your TV which should resolve these issues for you. More details on how to perform this here.

In the end, the 'turn it off and turn it back on again' method worked by unplugging it at the wall.
