I am unable to tune any digital channels on my new KDL-26EX320 despite having a big antenna on the roof and trying a new digital-ready indoor antenna. I have run digital auto tune repeatedly and I have switched cables twice. Any suggestions before I return this TV to the retailer?
Very strange - assume the aerial has worked before without issue? Maybe give the callcentre a buzz for a quick troubleshoot, but if that doesn't work, I'd get it swapped out by the retailer as it could be DOA..
