KDL-46EX723 switching on and off

my Sony LED KDL-46EX723 TV switching on and off and rebooting itself automatically. it started happening two weeks ago.  I checked setting echo/power mode etc. it all good.

I also opened up the back of TV and cleaned PCB with brush. but still the TV is switching on and off with click sound.

could this be an issue with hardware?

Are any devices connected to the TV when this happens? Have you tried a factory reset?

I reset TV to factory setting.

I also changed the battery on remote control.

could it be power PCB which is getting over heat.
