How to type foreign characters in the browser ?

I have this tv:

KDL-46EX723

I use a Swedish menu system.

I wonder, how do i type foreign characters in the browser with the remote ?

(These are the 3 i need as i'm Swedish å ä ö,Å Ä Ö)

I found it on the remote by repeated pressing of the numeric keys.
