One of the current digital channels seems to have been deleted - when selected message says'not available'. Channel list also shows it as not available. Another TV plugged into the same aerial works OK.

Model is KDL-32S5500 Problem is accidental deletion of channel 24 on the 'Programme List Edit'. Auto startup does not seem to reset the list, nor do any of the retuning suggestions!
Problem Solved!!
Select Manual tune and input the correct channel -viz 29 for the London transmitter in this case. Select the required program in the list-in this case ITV4. Find programme 24 on the Programme List edit and click and the programme is reintalled. NB channel numbers on the MUX's are not the same as programme numbers on the TV.

Hi 645cfjw,
welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:
Have you tried retuning your digital channels.?
Yes, including retuning first without the aerial which fixes some problems. What I need I think is factory reset which does not appear anywhere!
Hi,
what exact model do you have KDL-32S????..
Do you see something like Auto Start-up within the Set-Up menu.?
