How do I watch video from the web on the SMP-N200? Do I download mobile apps?

I recently bought a Sony SMP-N200.  When I go to the web to watch a video it wants to download flashplayer but then states that this device does not support flashplayer.  How can I accomplish this?

I had this same issue when trying to listen to BBC radio. Sony confirmed no Adobe flash player support. That's it then!

Can you use YouTube to watch video's? what method are you trying?
