I have a scart extension with 3 sockets. One I use for Sky and one for our DVD player but I've not had any luck trying to use the last one for the Wii. There is no picture at all. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

The wii comes with a video lead that has three plugs you could use that on the composite input of your TV. It may need and adapter that comes with the TV. You could also buy a component Wii cable which has five plugs at the end and you could connect this into the component input. This has five holes. All of them are colour coded. Check this link for the component cable picture. http://www.gameseek.co.uk/pd/NintendoWiiapff6am7p/
You should be able to find them very easily in shops near you.

Many thanks for your response. I will get one of these leads and hope that does the trick!
Good luck, The componet cable is better option because it will allow you to have better video quality.
