Email contact for complaints to Sony UK?

We're in the midst of the Olympics and I have no picture, no channel control, no sound adjustment either by handset or manual controls - Complete failure.

I phoned Sony's helpline who said they would contact an authorised repairer - nobody has called me back.

What's worse is I can't find an email address at Sony to make my complaint to.

Sony's customer care makes Ryanair look impressive!
