Sony Customer support is letting me down after i pre-ordered Sony Curved 4k. They dropped the price the same day i pre-ordered the TV, when asked to adjust the price, they say a credit note has been raised and not redunsing till date (almost 3 weeks have elapsed since i ordered). Despite many polite reminders, no success 😞
