Hey, ...first entry here, so please be gentle...! 🙂 Following the online manual to both the KDL-55W828B TV and the STR-DH550 receiver I just bought, supposedly the only thing I need in order to connect the two devices is one HDMI cable, using the ARC which both products support... but I don't get any audio at all when the sync audiosystem is active ? I know I'm using the correct HDMI ports, and I've tested my receivers settings to make sure the speakers work - so what have I overlooked, if anything ? Can somebody please tell me if I need more than just an ARC connected HDMI cable, to make my TV and receiver work together properly ?!?
