Since new I have not been able to setup the picture so that its at least as good as a sansung 5 years old.

I have the ajustments including vivid. plus ajusting various other options (birghtness contrast) ect the picture is greenish.do you have a setup guide.

Sound I found wanting.

You can set it in the its default settings so it will get back to normal. If the problem persists, you should let Sony check it for you. It could be a factory defect.
