Audio problems with Sony BRAVIA 32 " TV

I got some audio problems with my Sony Bravia 32" TV. (Model name is: KDL-32BX300)

I recieve it just after i had eaten.. so strange.. I have the picture but not the sound!! Do anyone know have to fix it? Or is it possible to restart the hole TV or something that can fix my problem..?

now i have fixed the sound to the TV, but my XBOX is plugged into HDMI port 1 and the sound doesnt work there.. why?

Hello

Tis odd, do you have any other HDMi devices you can try with that HDMi lead and that HDMi socket on the TV, just to rule out a problem with either?

What fixed the issue with the sound on the TV?  Could it be connected?
